Clare founded SML in August 2006 having spent 16 years gathering knowledge and experience Working for Banks, Estate Agents, Building Societies and Mortgage Brokers. She wanted to provide impartial whole of market help to all customers so that they would be confident in the choices they make.<\/span><\/p>

Outside of work, Clare has 2 children with her partner and a large Fur Baby called Dave. She loves cycling, skiing and walking the dog.<\/span><\/p>

Kathryn joined SML in October 2019 after previously gaining 8 years of experience in a mortgage network and a building society in various roles.\u00a0<\/p>

Kathryn works with many different clients and has a passion to help young people understand mortgages and how to best manage their finances. She specialises in First Time Buyers and the Buy To Let Market.\u00a0<\/p>

Outside of work, Kathryn loves to spend time with her young daughter and husband, enjoying walks with her Cavapoo and treading the boards in the local Amateur Dramatic Society.<\/p>
